I don't know about you but both Wine and Chocolate are two of my favorite indulgences. But when you try to pair the two together it can appear to be difficult and there are some wines that don't pair well with any kind of chocolate.
Although it is hard to believe, Wine and Chocolate are great partners and have a lot in common. But to make it work you have to follow some rules to pick a good match. Get that match right and not only do you have a great pairing but when you pair red wine and dark chocolate you 'super-size' the health benefits. Please join us for our annual Wine and Chocolate event. We will offer you some tips for pairing Wine and Chocolate and then allow you to experience the pairings yourself to see what does and what does not work. You may even find something you like to make for your Valentine!
