Are you an Olive Oil Expert? Meet Italian Culinary Specialist for Academia Barilla and Iron Chef America Judge Mario Rizzotti at an event you don't want to miss. Mario will educate us on how to taste EVOO and balsamic vinegar of Modena the professional way - WITHOUT BREAD! Mario will showcase original Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Italy, Balsamic Vinegar Modena along with delicious condiments from Academia Barilla. We of course, will be pouring Italian wines for you to enjoy while Mario is here. Mario's Tasting Sessions will begin at the top of each hour Friday February 19th at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm. Space is limited so pick your time and reserve your spot early. Tickets are $10 per person, $5 for Wine Club Members, Cash Only. Looking forward to seeing you on the 19th where you are sure to learn things other EVOO companies will never teach you!
