Wine OR Wine & Food

The class will pair wine and chocolate, see how different wines, different chocolates blend to create decadent delights. A selection of hand-made chocolates: milk, white and varying percentages of dark chocolates; will be paired with select wines to show students the uniqueness of this wonder combination.  A chocolate gift is included in the class offering.
