"Wine Country Network temporarily becomes Beer Country Network for the Taste of Elegance Chefs Food and Beer Competition on Wednesday, June 9, 6 p.m., at the Pavilion, Omni Interlocken Resort, Broomfield. The festival name is quite a mouthful — and that’s appropriate. Guests enjoy many mouthfuls of exquisite food and the 24 top-rated beers from the recent Denver International Beer Competition. A dozen leading chefs prepare two dishes each to pair with specific winning beers. Attending this festival is an ultimate grazing experience." Claire Walter, Culinary Colorado.

The Taste of Elegance Chefs Food and Wine Competition in Denver has had some of Colorado’s most respected chefs on its roster. Our most famous champion has been Hosea Rosenberg of Jax Fish House. Chef Rosenberg gained International fame earlier in 2009 when he won Bravo’s Top Chef Season 5. Rosenberg is also a three-time champion of the DIWF Taste of Elegance.
Our new Taste of Elegance Chefs Food and Beer Competition kicks off on Wednesday June 9, 2010. We have an amazing line up of master chefs and award winning beers...these are world-class, premium quality beers that will make even a brewmaster salivate. If you are a wine lover, this event will open your eyes to the world of premium quality, limited production beers. Included will be Samuel Adams Utopia, 27 proof and $150 per bottle.
