Please join us for an evening of exceptional food and wine!  Chef Michael Hanaghan will prepare a multi-course feast paired with exceptional older vintages of California Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine experience will start with vintage champagne, followed by three courses paired with beautiful, older wines, including:

 

1978 Clos du Val Cabernet Cabernet Napa

1982 Conn Creek Cabernet Napa

1985 Cakebread Cabernet Reserve Rutherford

1990 Whitehall Lane Cabernet Morisoli Vineyard Napa


1974 BV George de Latour Cabernet

1979 BV George de Latour Cabernet

1982 BV George de Latour Cabernet

 

The dessert course will be paired with an older Sauternes, to be announced. The wines are in impeccable condition, and are being provided from the cellar of Portland wine collector Armand Martinotti. Recent tastings of these wines have shown that they are in amazing condition. This will be a one-time event for the discerning wine aficionado.
