Clos du Val Winemaker Dinner featuring John Clews, Winemaker and COO. Experience Chef Tom's inventive pairing menu along side Clos Du Val’s Napa Valley estate-produced wines.

Clews joined Clos Du Val in April 1999, after acting as general manager/chief enologist at Steele Wines, and working at Newton Vineyard in Napa Valley and Preston Vineyards in Sonoma County. He is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of vineyard and wine production.With a 35 year tradition of producing classic, estate-style wines of balance and complexity, Clos Du Val's elegant wines illustrate that a classic is always in style.
