The Yakima Enological Society has acquired a reputation for sponsoring one of the premier wine dinners in the Pacific Northwest. This special dinner honors the winners of Platinum medals as awarded by Wine Press Northwest in 2009. This event will be held at the Yakima Country Club on April 10th, 2010. A reception starting at 6:00 pm with five Double Platinum award winning wines will be followed by a six course dinner prepared by the Yakima Country Club. Each course will be accompanied by other award wining wines. Proceeds from this event go to the Wine Program at Yakima Valley Community College. The price is $125 per person if received by March 1st.
