Explore the major wine-producing regions of Italy, learn about the current trends in the Italian wine industry, and sample wines from various regions. Discuss grapes, growing techniques, regional and style differences in wines and production, recent increases in quality, and how to pair wine with your food. Learn more about familiar wines, and taste more obscure wines for the first time. Try some sparkling and dessert wines. The tuition includes a materials fee for wine.
