Join us on April 17at 12:30 for our Make Your Own Wine Infused Chocolate event at The Grape Escape Winery. The Grape Escape’s one-of-a-kind blends were designed by Master Chocolatier Jim Robinson from Robinsons’s Fine Candies in Princeton. Each unique chocolate bar comes in its own custom labeled gift box. There are five different blends from our Vintner’s Cocoa Collection you can melt and make into your own:

Cabernet Bar- Rich dark chocolate with a hint of blackberry

Pinot Noir Bar - Rich dark chocolate with a kiss of cherry

Shiraz Bar - Rich dark chocolate with a touch of orange and raspberry

Merlot Bar - Rich dark chocolate with a hint of raspberry

Original Bar - Special blend of rich dark chocolate
The cost is $70 per person or $120 a couple and includes the following activities:
· History of chocolate making and discussion on different chocolate types
· Chocolate and wine tasting/pairing
· Melt your own chocolate
· Infuse the chocolate with wine
· Create custom labels for your gift boxes
· Shrink seal your chocolate bars
· Take home 6 chocolate bars, each uniquely packaged in our custom labeled gift boxes
· Enjoy our grilled pear with chocolate balsamic sauce prepared for you
The unique blend of Semisweet Belgium and Swiss Dark Chocolate infused with wine is only available at The Grape Escape. The Grape Escape winery is located in Dayton NJ (near Princeton) and is home to many unique food and wine events.
