The Sake Experience will be an enjoyable study of sake, featuring wines of Ichishima Shuzo ~ one of the most prominent breweries in the Nigata region of Japan. The seminar and sushi dinner will be hosted by Yoshi Hayashi, owner of Sapporo Restaurant along with sake educator and importer, Michael Simkin.
