Make plans now to enjoy a romantic dinner, and/or an intimate after-dinner dessert with your favorite wine or sparkling, artisan cheeses, or experience Volo Wine Director Shad Martin's premium Port and dessert wine selection (the kitchen serves a full menu until 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights, and dessert and cheese until midnight).

Chef Partner Stephen Dunne's full menu will be offered all weekend as well as a special 3-Course Prix Fixe Menu ($41 per guest - offered 2/13 & 2/14 only), along with an optional premium wine pairing menu.
