Saturday February 13 - 1-3pm, $75 ($125 for both classes

What's the difference between warm and cool climate wines?  Is France really better than Italy?  Learn how to taste and evaluate wines from different regions in a blind tasting format that will sharpen your tasting skills. The goal of this session is to cover the differences in regions and to start a discussion about wine and a sense of place that may or may not be present in each.   Workshop includes an aroma game, tasting of 8 wines, nibbles from the kitchen, handouts and instruction from groovy grapes sommelier.
