The Garden State Wine Growers Association will hold its annual Wine & Chocolate Wine Trail Weekends on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 13-14 from noon to 5 p.m. at participating wineries throughout the state.
More than 25 wineries statewide are expected to participate in the annual Wine Trail which features a Valentines Day theme. Many of the wineries will be featuring tastings specifically pairing their red and blush wines with assortments of chocolates made by local chocolatiers along with other gourmet treats traditionally associated with the biggest romance days of the year.
Wine Trail enthusiasts can check out Wine Trail activities at the state’s wineries at www.newjerseywines.com to learn what wineries in their areas are planning for the Wine Trail and Valentines Day. Individual winery activities for the Wine Trail Weekend are also be posted under the NJ Wine Info “News” and “Events” sections of the website as well.
