Don't take out...stay in and make your own authentic Chinese New Year's Dinner. A.J. Dixon celebrates the Year of the Tiger which starts February 14th and prepares for you to taste: Peking Duck; Longevity Noodles; Lions Head Meatballs; Jai- Buddah's Delight (vegetarian); Sweet and Sour Pork and Nian Gao (stickey cake). Snacks, Chinese beer , plum wine, recipes in the Handouts and raffle prizes complete the celebration. Happy New Year!
