Staci Joers celebrates the history, customs, traditiona and FOOD of Mardi Gras in New Orleans. She prepares for you to taste: Cajun Chicken & Sausage Gumbo; New Orleans own Hurricane Cocktail; Beignets (donuts) & Coffee Au Lait; Roast Beef Po'Boys w/Debris Gravy and the traditional King Cake. Recipes in Handouts. Snacks, beverages, masks & beads and raffle prizes round out the evening. Come for "Fat Tuesday" and have some Mardi Gras fun.
