On Saturday, February 13th, join us for a unique, “unparalleled “ mountain and wine experience. You will have the rare opportunity to be a guest for wine and small plates at the exclusive Seven Summits Club at Snowbird Resort. 

The evening will begin with a twilight champagne tram ride. Enjoy the evening alpenglow from Hidden Peak while sipping sparkling wine. On return to tram plaza you will be a guest at the Seven Summits Club.  The Seven Summits Club is not open to the public, but will be our lounge for the evening to enjoy wine and small plates.

Parallel wines will be featured and served. Parallel is a Napa Valley winery owned by a group of four Park City couples who are passionate about both wine and skiing. The owners have enlisted, Phillipe Melka, Food and Wine magazine’s 2005 Winemaker of the Year, to craft their award winning and highly rated opulent wines. You will be served the Parallel Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon paired with small plates in the comfort of the exclusive Seven Summits Club.  Winery owners will be in attendance to meet and discuss their winery, wines, and skiing.

A silent auction of unique ski adventures and gourmet packages will be held to benefit the non-profit Snowbird Sports Education Foundation.

Tickets are $125 per person and must be purchased by February 10th by calling 801-541-8099. Dress for the event will be mountain elegant warm. The twilight tram ride will be brisk.
