Mix and measure to get the flavor, structure and complexity and create your own Bordeaux-style red wine.  We'll have five varietals for blending.  Measure and experiment with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.  $35 per person includes wines, measurers and instructions ($25 if you reserve BEFORE February 15th)   This fun, dynamic, interactive class has you tasting others' mixtures, so your palate can experiment with a variety of blends!. The final blend is YOURS to keep!  Call and pre-register on or before February 15th for discounted rate.
