The Melting Pot offers a memorable Valentine’s Day dinner all weekend long, with extended dinner hours. The evening will feature a romantic multi-course dinner. Beginning at $65 per person, the dinner includes five amazing courses. For an additional $20, enhance the experience with hand-selected wines complementing each course.

Begin the evening with your choice of Garlic and Herb Cheddar or Spinach & Artichoke “Hearts” Swiss Cheese fondue, paired with Chardonnay, Gold, Southern Hemisphere, South Australia, 2005. The evening’s salad course offers your choice of a Caesar Salad or a Strawberry Walnut Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, and complemented by the sommelier’s suggestion of Pinot Noir, “Burnt Spur” Russian Jack, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2007. Strawberry Sorbet will be served as a refreshing intermezzo. The evening’s entrée offers your choice of two delectable combinations. The first is St. Valentine’s Combination with Maine Lobster Tail, Filet Mignon Medallion, Shrimp, Honey Dijon Chicken, Marinated Teriyaki Sirloin and Sun Dried Tomato Ravioli. Cupid’s Combination features Marinated, Pork Tenderloin, Shrimp, Honey Dijon Chicken, Teriyaki Sirloin, Ahi Tuna, and Sun Dried Tomato Ravioli. Entrées are accompanied by a variety of fresh vegetables, savory dipping sauces and your favorite cooking style. Malbec, El Portillo, Mendoza Argentina, 2008 will perfectly complement the flavors featured in the entrée courses. Finally, select either the Milk Chocolate Rocky Road or Strawberry Mascarpone Shortcake White Chocolate Fondue. Fresh strawberries, banana, cheesecake, tasty marshmallows, pound cake, and brownies will be served to satisfy your sweet tooth. This finale is paired with Banfi “Rosa Regale” Brachetto, Italy, 2008.
