Champagne is being edged out of the sparkling wine market by cheap and cheerful southern cousins such as Prosecco from Italy and Cava from Spain. For something easier on the wallet stop in for our Cava and Prosecco Tasting, Wednesday, February 10th, 2010 from 6-10PM.
