FROM KENNEDY'S KITCHEN.....with Chef Missy Will

What does the New Year mean to you?  For most of us, it means a fresh start and one way we do that is to look for ways to eat healthy.  It may mean cleaning out your refrigerator and pantry and shopping for more "figure-friendly" foods.
Take a few moments to consider how your current diet affects your overall well-being and start with a healthy mindset.  Next, create goals, make an action plan, prepare for lapses (if you detour to old habits, be gentle with yourself, and pick up where you left off), and - especially important - keep a food journal to track your eating activities and guide you to successful New Year resolutions.

"When You Cook With Love, You Taste the Love"

Achieving a healthier YOU can also be fun, entertaining, and informative.  I have created a new three-class Cooking Series I call "Easy To Fix, Easy to Stay Healthy."  I will teach you how to build a foundation with your recipes with 5 simple ingredients and go from there.  Best of all, my classes are a combination and participation of demonstration and hands-on.  Each students will discover his or her inner chef.  They will all be in Kennedy's Kitchen at Woodhouse Family Cellars, 15500 Woodinville-Redmond Rd - Ste C600. Woodinville, WA 98072
