Advanced Wine & Food Appreciation 'Class'

This interactive class explores tasting serving & selecting wines in greater depth. Over the two classes, you will learn about winemaking techniques & be prepped to tackle the challenge of a blind tasting. At the end of this 2 evening class, you will learn food & wine pairing techniques with the help of Savvy Sommelier and Executive Chef, then enjoy the dinner complete with your paired wine selection.

NOTE: there is homework in this class!  You will have a shopping assignment at the LCBO - homework was never this much fun!

A multi-course gourmet dinner at TRIO Restaurant will be provided during the second class.

TIME: each night will start at 7pm & wrap up by 10pm
