The American Institute of Wine and Food, Rhode Island and Boston Chapters, invite you to Dinner and Theater on January 23 at Aspire Restaurant in the Hotel Providence, 311 Westminister Street, Providence, followed by a performance by Anthony Bourdain at Providence Performing Arts Center, 220 Weybosset Street.
Dinner begins at 5:00, featuring a 3 course theater menu and a glass of wine, including a choice of clam chowder, caesar salad, or baby arugula salad; with pan roasted chicken, salmon filet, veal bolognese, or grilled steak; with a fruit bursting chocolate bombe for dessert.
The performance begins at 8:00, featuring Chef Anthony Bourdain, author of 7 books, including the best selling "Kitchen Confidential" and "A Cook's Tour." A thirty year veteran of professional kitchens, Chef Bourdain is the host of the television series "No Reservations" and the executive chef at Les Halles in Manhattan.
Price includes dinner, complimentary valet parking for the evening, and main floor seating for the Bourdain performance; $85 AIWF members, $100 non-members.

A post performance meet and greet with Chef Bourdain will be held at the theater for a limited number of guests for $100 per person. If you are interested in attending this please let us know so we may make your reservation with PPAC.
AIWF events raise funds for the Days of Taste educational program for children and the annual Johnson and Wales scholarships. A portion of the dinner and theater ticket price goes to these worthy efforts.
