It gives the confidence to deal with customers, talk about wine and store and serve wine. This course also provides an extensive tutorial on tasting like a professional and food and wine pairing, setting your palate up for life.
Runs over two half days 9:00am to 12:30pm March 28th and April 11th, 2010.
