Explore the magic of bubbles with Bubbles and Blues on Bourbon Street. Join us in New Orleans for ICSWI, the world's first Independent Champagne and Sparkling Wine Invitational ("Fizz Fest"). Meet Sparkling Wine and Champagne producers from all over the world as you learn more about your favorite celebratory drink with a few hundred of your newest best friends. Participate in seminars that will educate you on subjects such as food and sparkling wine/champagne pairings or the difference between blanc de blanc and blanc de noir. Learn to make champagne and sparkling wine cocktails at home and enjoy the winemaker dinners at some of New Orleans most prestigious restaurants with representing sparkling wine and champagne producers from France, Italy, Austria, Greece, California, and other parts of the wine world. Sommeliers from some of the country's most esteemed restaurants will be on hand to pour and serve your favorite bubbles as well as fun nightly events that allows you to enjoy the unique beauty that is New Orleans.
