Sniff, Swirl And Spit and The Factory Gastrobar are proud to announce a joint wine tasting/food celebration
to take place on December 13, 2009 from 4pm-7pm.
The Factory, Long Beach’s newest restaurant in the Bixby Knolls area, has a farm-to-table menu of daily-harvested foods,
which makes the cuisine uniquely Californian.
Perceiving a demand for wine tasting in the Long Beach area, Ernie R. Henson created
Sniff, Swirl And Spit to introduce quality wines and wine education to Long Beach’s community of oenophiles.
