Please join me on Friday, January 15th from 7-9pm for a Sushi and Wine pairing. The event will be held at Urban Studios which is located on the 2nd floor of Trolley Square next to Rodizio. I will be featuring Sushi prepared by Chef Jonas Otsuji. We are featuring 4 wines that will highlight all the components of the food. The cost will be $40 per person and class size is limited to 40 people. A deposit will be required to hold your reservation. This is an event not to be missed.
