Topaz welcomes Newton Winery with a special holiday wine dinner to taste, savor and enjoy. Featuring four selections from the Newton Portfolio all paired with a five-course menu created by Topaz Executive Chef, Ryan Wombacher. Menu highlights include a pan-seared Escolar with sautéed swiss chard, cranberries and butternut squash puree paired with Newton Chardonnay “Red Label” 2007, and a grilled Rib-eye with short rib pommes anna, caramelized brussel sprouts and a natural veal reduction paired with Newton Cabernet Sauvignon “Red Label” 2006. Reservations are required, space is limited.
