Charles Krug Winery and the chefs from Metropolitan, Takashi and Forage are collaborating for a gastronomic experience like no other in Salt Lake City's history. Never before have the stars aligned in such a way to allow these exceptional talents to be in the same space. Chris Durfee, Justin Shifflet, Takashi and Viet Pham are going to bring there enourmous talents together with the wines of Charles Krug to give you a night to remember. As we close out the first decade of the millenium, be sure to experience, what could be, a once in a lifetime event.
Five courses prepared by four of the most talented chefs in the inter-mountain region paired with the outstanding wines from Charles Krug Winery, to include the 2005 vintage "Generations", a Bordeaux style blend aged 22 months in French oak with aromas of espresso and nutmeg leading to flavors of black cherry and blueberry jam.
