CreateLive with Culinary Arts is coming to Bacchus once again. Join Bacchus Wine Made Simple and Chef Alan Ehrlich, of A Sage Idea, Thursday, December 10th at 6 p.m. at Bacchus as they demonstrate culinary techniques and recipes, as well as educate on tasting styles and food pairings. Chef Ehrlich will prepare a special tasting menu to pair with the wines selected by the Bacchus crew. Both will be on-hand to answer questions online and in-person. Best of all its free and includes three wine and food tastings. Join us for this amazing event as we stream, chat, tweet, learn and taste delicious food and wine.
