The Seattle Wine Society's Annual Holiday Party is kicking it up a notch, with a tasting of sparkling wines from around the world, as well as Port, Madeira, and a variety of still wines. This year, Sommelier David Lusby will give a brief history and a demonstration of sabrage, which is the noble art of opening Champagne with a sword!  The wines are accompanied by food bites from Two Tartes Catering, and of course, the party wouldn't be complete without the amazingly decadent chocolate fondue fountain from Helene's Chocolate Affair.  It's going to be a fabulous evening to toast friends and enjoy this unique experience!
