- 2007 Chateau Laulerie, Bergerac Sec, a classic white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Semilon, perfect with any lemon or lime infused dish like raw oysters, Cesar's salad or ceviche. $15
- 2006 Chateau Jalousie, Bordeaux Superior, Fronsac, 70% Merlot and 30% Cab.Sauv & Cab Franc, perfect balance of fruit and acidity, goes well with red meat and soft cheeses. $17
- 2001 Chateau Barraillots, Margaux, well aged left bank blend with 50% Cab Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Great with red meats, lamb and cheeses. $39
- 2004 Chateau La Croix de Chantecaille, Saint Emilion Grand Cru, 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, full-bodied, ripe and elegant wine, well structured acidity, velvety texture with smooth tannins. Pairs ideal with grilled meat, roasted poultry, little game and of course ripe cheeses. $39
- 2001 Chateau Les Hauts-Conseillants, Lalande de Pomerol, 75% Merlot, 17% Cab Sauv, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, full-bodied Bordeaux with oodles of black cherry, well built with silky texture, fine tannins and harmonious fruity finish. Try with steaks, game and cheeses like Brie and Camembert. $45
- 2004 Chateau Moulin de Rouillac, Pessac-Leognan, 60% Cabernet Sauvignon & 40% Merlot, beautiful ruby red in color, expressive bouquet of black currant and black cherry with hint of well absorbed oak, silky texture with well structured finish. Great with red meats, roasts and cheeses. $44
- 2000 Chateau Esprit de Clocher, Pomerol, 70% Merlot & 30% Cabernet Franc, Typical Pomerol, black fruit aromas, velvety and earthy, soft tannins and elegant finish. Red meat, game and cooked fowls. $50
- 2003 Chateau Le Grand Sigognac, Medoc, 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, aged to perfection! this wine shows so beautiful - it is actually impossible, to find a nicer Medoc for the same price in Tucson. $26
- 2005 Chateau Laulerie, Cotes de Montravel, 100% Semillon late harvest, in France it's called "the poor people's Sauternes". Powerful aromas of ripe and candied fruits, honey and dry apricots, balanced with refreshing acidity, bright and lasting finish. Perfect as aperitif, great with cheese such as Roquefort etc. $18
- 2005 Chateau Grillon, Sauternes, 86% Semillon, 7% Muscadelle and 7% Sauvignon Blanc, a fleshy and ripe wine with aromas of candied fruits, honey and dry fruits, a perfect dessert wine showing great finesse with refreshing and lasting finish. Goes well with foie gras, sweet desserts and aged cheeses. For sure one of the best Sauternes in Tucson for $32
