Join us for our annual foray to the festive world of sparkling wines. We’ll pair five courses of luxurious seasonal Chef Crafted Cuisine with six sparklers from some of the world’s great producers. French Champagne, California sparkling, Spanish Cava, something pink and fizzy, and an Italian Spumante will all be on the menu. Oysters, Caviar, Lobster, Truffles, and Chocolate are among the goodies being invited on the food side of the party. ‘Tis the season to celebrate all the good things in life, and this affair is sure to be one of them.
