On Wednesday, December 2, Aria restaurant in Buckhead is hosting a special Truffles and Chadderdon dinner for $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.   The five-course “all truffle” menu will be paired with wines imported by the esteemed Robert Chadderon.  Aria Owner/Chef Gerry Klaskala will be preparing these lavish dishes, and the restaurant’s favorite wines from Chadderdon’s portfolio will complement the meal.  The wines that will be served include the following:

-          Peter Dipoli Sauvignon Blanc

-          Rocche dei Manzoni “Sorito Masconi” Barbera

-          Bovio, Barolo Vigna Gattera

-          Rocche dei Manzoni “Quatr Nas”

-          Forteto della Luja Moscato Passito
