Flag Hill Winery & Distillery will be hosting a series of 6 dinners in December. Join us for a delicious dinner in a fine dining atmosphere at a casual cost!

Dinner seating will be between 5:30 and 7:00 pm with tables being staggered at various times. We will offer a tasting of a few of our wines before dinner at our tasting bar along with some cheese and crackers. Seating is limited and available dining times are on a first come first serve basis. Cost is $34 per person (not including tax/gratuity) for a 3 course dinner or $38 for a 4 course dinner.
The menu for Friday, December 18 & Saturday, December 19 will be:
Beginner Course (choose one)
- Roasted Beet Salad with candied pecans, goat cheese, guan ache and balsamic vinaigrette (guan ache is optional for vegetarians)
- Pumpkin and Bacon Soup
Entrees (choose one)
- Grilled Venison wrapped in Bacon with a creamed leek demi glace served with caramelized onion over dutchess potato and swiss chard
- Grapenut Flake Encrusted Haddock with smoked ham risotto and caramelized fennel
- Vegetable Ratatouille on top of caramelized fennel risotto
Dessert (included)
- Swedish Rice Pudding
