Flag Hill Winery & Distillery will be hosting a series of 6 dinners in December. Join us for a delicious dinner in a fine dining atmosphere at a casual cost!

All dinners are by reservation only. For full reservation information, please visit our web site.

Dinner seating will be between 5:30 and 7:00 pm with tables being staggered at various times. We will offer a tasting of a few of our wines before dinner at our tasting bar along with some cheese and crackers. Seating is limited and available dining times are on a first come first serve basis. Cost is $34 per person (not including tax/gratuity) for a 3 course dinner or $38 for a 4 course dinner.

The menu for Friday, December 4 & Saturday, December 5 will be:

Beginner Course (choose one)

Caesar Salad topped with Grilled Cider Braised Bacon (bacon is optional)
Dutch Split Pea Soup with Ham, Bacon and Sausage

Entrees (choose one)

Grilled Pork hop stuffed with Balsamic Pecan, Apple and Cinnamon
Seared Monkfish with Smoked Brown Butter served with barley corn and wilted mescaline greens
Lemon Braised Celeriac, Barley Corn and Brussels Sprout
