Seminar sessions with winemaker Andy Reagan giving insight into the art and science of blending red varietals Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot into your own Meritage. Graduated cylinders, calculators, pens and paper are provided – your palate and imagination complete the toolkit. Aspiring winemakers encouraged to attend. Wines drawn from barrel. Reservations are required and space is limited. $40 per person includes buffet lunch.
