Seminar sessions with winemaker Andy Reagan giving insight into the art and science of blending distinct lots of Chardonnay and Viognier from our estate vineyards and those of our growers into your own cuvees. Graduated cylinders, calculators, pens and paper are provided – your palate and imagination complete the toolkit. Aspiring winemakers encouraged to attend. Wines drawn from barrel. Reservations are required and space is limited. $40 per person includes box lunch.
