Chris Hinton has accepted our challenge to come up with interesting wines that can handle the diverse flavors associated with foods typically used for a Thanksgiving meal.
We have come up with the novel approach of telling you up front what his selections are, rather than our usual suggestion that you join us to find out what he has in mind:
