We will be featuring our newly released 09 Blanc du Bois trio of wines Reserve, Dry and Semisweet as well as our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Reservations are required because seating in the cellar is limited to the first 40 people who sign up.

MENU:

1st Course: Bresola of Salmon w/ Micro Green Salad and Spicy Mustard Vinaigrette, Suggested Wine Pairing – Haak Blanc du Bois Reserve

2nd Course: Roasted Quail w/ Apple, Pear and Cranberry Salsa Served on a Bed of Parsnip Puree, Suggested Wine Pairing – Haak 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

3rd Course: Madeira Pecan Tart w/ Espresso Ice Cream, Suggested Wine Pairing – Haak Jaquez Madeira

Cost:  $35 for dinner and an additional $15 for wine pairing per person (tax/gratuity not included).  You may select your favorite Haak Wine a la carte.
