A rare treat is in store for the wine inclined who frequent the newly renovated and expanded Ball Square Fine Wines this week. We're proud to have Bill Russell, owner and winemaker at Westport Rivers winery presenting the fermented fruits of his labors this Friday night from 4:30 - 7:30pm. Come meet the man behind the wines!
Wesport Rivers, New England's largest vineyard, was started in 1982 by Bob and Carol Russell on a former dairy farm. Their second son Bill became winemaker in 1989 and remains at the helm today.
NOTE: In honor of Bill's visit we'll be offering a special tasting discount on the wines he's pouring. 10% off on 3 bottles, 20% on 6 bottles (mix or match).
Ball Square Fine Wines is located near Tufts University, on the corner of Willow & Broadway in Somerville, MA.
