We ask you, "What could be better around the holidays than a glass of smooth, creamy Baileys?"  The answer--more Baileys.  This silky liqueur is made in Ireland by Gilbeys and is the original cream-based whiskey liqueur for those with a discerning palate.

 

The cream comes from dairy cows that graze on gorgeous, green, pristine hillsides in County Cavan.  The combination of clean air, plenty of room to roam, and a diet of fresh healthy grasses and clovers creates a thick, rich milk or cream that is unsurpassed in its opulence or quality.

 

And then comes the fun part, the combining of cream with triple distilled Irish whiskey.  The blenders at Gilbeys use a secret technique to blend the whiskey with the cream and it's this combination that helps to naturally preserve the cream.  Once this has been done then the cocoa nibs, vanilla pods, sugar, and caramel are added.

 

What a truly remarkable and delicious drink this creates.  It can be enjoyed on its own over ice, in cocktails, or used in desserts, but whenever it is used you can be assured that it will make everything else taste delicious.
