Join us in welcoming our guest V.I.P. Philippe Marchal, the Louis Jadot brand manager for the United States.  Monsieur Marchal hails from Strasbourg and was formerly the wine director of Restaurant Daniel; his wine knowledge is fascinating and limitless, especially about Burgundy!  We will feature whites and reds such as Grand Cru Corton Charlemagne, Gevrey Chambertin, and one of Jadot's most popular whites, Pouilly Fuisse.  As always, suggested food pairings will be a part of the conversation with our guests.  It will be the perfect afternoon to spend shopping in Spring Lake, not only for the perfect wine gifts and discounted wines for holiday entertaining, but also for lots of unique gifts in the charming town of Spring Lake.  www.bottleshop.com
