Lights, Camera, Christmas is the theme for this 22nd Annual Parade. Oskaloosa’s historic downtown square and bandstand area is the setting! Includes luminaries, window displays, caroling, concessions and more. Bus parking/viewing is available. Look for Tassel Ridge Winery’s parade entry, come in to warm up from the cold, and sample our special mulled wine before or after the parade.
