Wine lovers tend to be food lovers too, and one of the greatest, most classic wine and food adventures is white wine — in all its citrusy, zippy goodness — plus a raw bar of fresh iced oysters. We're going to taste a good spectrum of oyster-friendly white wines, from traditionalists like Muscadet and Chablis to modern New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and Spanish Alvarino. Captain Marden's will be on hand wrangling the oysters. Instructor: Jonathon Alsop
