Join Elizabeth Riely, author of The Chef's Companion,
for this unforgettable night of Tuscan food and Tuscan wine. Jonathon
will be keeping class on the wine road, and Elizabeth will whip up
regional favorites to go along with the wines. It promises to be a
great evening of wine and food discoveries from Tuscany, one of the
most interesting and food-friendly parts of the wine world, all within
the four walls of the Boston Wine School! We'll taste classic wines
from Chianti to Morellino di Scansano and feast on Tuscan steak,
panzanella, and much more. Beth knows this part of the world
intimately, and her cooking demos and wine pairings in class will give
exciting new insight into the wine and food traditions from Tuscany. So
many dishes, so many wines!
