In this single session class, Max provides illuminating evidence in support of his claim that cheese is a "near-perfect" food, especially when it is paired appropriately with wine.
We will pair six cheeses arranged from mildest to strongest and match them against three wines.  Artisanal likes to start each session with a half hour welcome reception of fondue, cheeses from the caves and sparkling wine.  Please join us for a delightful and engaging evening!
