As the holiday season approaches, thoughts often turn to which wines to pair with our festive meals.  With so many different holiday flavors out there, wine selection can be a challenge.  Wine Educator, Dr. Steve Vernon, will help you resolve that challenge with a tasting of some rich, red wines and some surprising white wines that can enhance your holiday mealtimes.  At the end of the evening, you’ll be able to take away your own aroma wheel and personal wine tasting notes, as well as a set of winemaker tasting notes for comparison.
