Wine Appreciation Course  (starts Jan. 21st)

Wine Appreciation is an eight-week class designed to provide a basic understanding of wine.  You will be introduced to the various components of wine in a "Component tasting". In addition to sampling a variety of wine (4-6 per class), topics will include; Wine grapes, "Old World vs. New World" wines, wine service, purchasing and storing wines. You'll also learn why Riedel Stemware truly enhances the wine in the glass. 

 The Cost is $159 for the entire eight-week course:

·         Week One - Wine Terms, Tasting Process and Wine Components

·         Week Two  - Riedel Stemware Tasting

·         Week Three - Wine Making, Tasting Classic Whites & Reds

·         Week Four - Wine Regions (Outside US), same varietals different regions

·         Week Five - Wine Regions (US), Price Point Tasting

·         Week Six - Purchasing and Storing Wine, Tasting TBD

·         Week Seven - Wine Service, Tasting TBD
