Event Details

The Wine School's signature wine and food pairing competition, winemakers, writers, sommeliers, and sundry other wine pros are invited to compete in a food and wine pairing duel with one of the school's top instructors.  Contestants learn of the menu the day before, choose wines on a limited budget, and audience members try and judge each pairing.  At evening's end, scores are talled and a winner announced. 

Past participants have included Christopher Tassan of Le Bec-Fin, Ryan Davis of Mid-Atlantic, Delphine Evenchik of Time and Vintage, Paul Rodriguez of Tinto, and Gary Vaynerchuk of Wine Library TV, to name a few.
