Pay good money to taste bad wine? Yup, and it may be the best investment in your pallet you will ever make. It is important to know how to sip and swirl but it is no less important to know how to identify a flawed wine. Moreover, it is important that you know what the flaw is and how it most likely infected your wine.
The instructor for this class is Bruce Watson PhD. Doctor Watson spent two decades as quality control manager for Columbia Winery and now teaches wine chemistry at the south campus of Seattle Community College.
